These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Pantheon application and website (the "Service") operated by Form Ventures Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in Sofia, Bulgaria. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We are not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account.
3. Your Content
You retain ownership of all content you create using the Service, including voice recordings, text, photos, and generated books. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service (e.g., transcription, AI chapter generation, PDF creation, and printing).
You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload, including photos and personal stories involving other individuals.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
- Upload content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringes on the rights of others.
- Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
- Create multiple accounts to abuse free trials or promotions.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
Some features of the Service require a paid subscription or credit purchases. Subscription fees are billed on a recurring monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Credits purchased as top-ups do not expire. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
6. AI-Generated Content
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate book chapters from your voice recordings. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and editing all generated content before publishing or printing.
7. Printed Books
Physical book orders are fulfilled by third-party printing partners. Delivery times and shipping costs vary by location. Once a print order is submitted, it cannot be cancelled. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by Form Ventures Ltd and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or branding.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your content may be permanently deleted after a reasonable retention period.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Form Ventures Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Form Ventures Ltd and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
12. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sofia, Bulgaria.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice on the Service.
